Directions:
1 Cream butter and sugar until soft and fluffy.

2 Gradually beat in rum.

3 Use piping bag and rosette tip and pipe rosettes of hard sauce onto waxed paper and chill.

4 Remove and serve on servings of Christmas pudding as needed.
