Serving Size: Serves 4  

Directions:
1 Preheat oven to 350° F.

2 Peel and thinly slice potatoes.

3 Put ½ of the potatoes into a greased, ovenproof dish.

4 Sprinkle with ½ salt and ½ flour.

5 Add ½ onions and dot with ½ butter.

6 Pour ½ cup of milk over the potatoes.

7 Cover with remaining potatoes, salt, flour, butter and onions. Add balance of milk.

8 Bake at 350° F for 1 ¼ hours or until potatoes are cooked.
