Serving Size: Serves 6
Directions:
1 Prepare and fry fish.
2 Strain nearly all the oil from frying pan, and set aside.
3 Saute onions, tomatoes, Escallion and other vegetables, in frying pan.
4- Add stock or water and simmer until flavours blend.
5 Add fish to sauce.
6 Cover and simmer until heated through.
